In this position, you will play a central role in our sales process, leveraging your technical expertise in mechanics, hydraulics, software, or electrical systems to develop business opportunities and provide technical advice to our customers. You will work closely with our global sales teams to ensure optimal solutions, requiring a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and effective communication skills.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales organization, providing technical advice and fresh perspectives on customer inquiries. You will also propose technical adjustments and modifications to our products to meet specific customer needs.

 

Additionally, your responsibilities will include preparing quote materials and proposals for both the sales crew and our subsidiaries regarding modifications of standardized products. You will support administrative tasks associated with project orders while actively participating in initiatives focused on continuous improvement and efficiency within the organization.

 

When necessary, you will participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and other outreach activities, which may involve travel.

 

Your Background/Your Qualities

To thrive in this role, various paths can lead to success, but you likely resonate with the following description:

  • Technical education, preferably in mechanical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in technical sales support, sales, or technical advisory roles is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A solid understanding of business principles and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CAD programs or similar technical tools is a plus.
